Floral arrangements are a great way to add colour to a wedding, whether as bouquets or table decorations. We can create custom floral arrangements regardless of whether you want something simple or extravagant and our team has the experience and know-how to design the perfect floral arrangement based on your unique requirements. Plus, once they’re ready, we’ll deliver them to your venue to ensure they arrive safely.
If you’d like to ensure that your flowers smell fresh for as long as possible, consider ordering them using an expedited delivery option.
However, if you’re ordering a single flower arrangement or a small bunch of flowers with a custom vase (rather than one of our pre-made ones), we recommend choosing “express” overnight shipping. This means there is less chance of things like temperature fluctuations affecting how long the fragrance lasts after delivery.
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order before delivery. However, we ask that you keep in mind that we have very specific deadlines for floral orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
To make sure you have the flexibility to make changes to your order before scheduled delivery, we recommend that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. It’s important to note, however, that once your order has been picked up by our delivery team, we can’t accept any changes.
You can place an order for a customised bouquet as soon as you know what you want. The only thing to keep in mind is that the more time you give us, the more options we’ll have to choose from when it comes time to order your flowers.
We always recommend giving us at least 14 days’ notice if possible—that way, we can make sure we’re ordering the freshest flowers for your special day.
